Exec: Chrysler works on next-generation design of iconic car
Chicago -- Chrysler Group LLC is exploring the possible return of the Dodge Viper in 2012 and working on a next-generation design of the iconic vehicle.
The Viper is slated to be discontinued in July, but Chrysler Group design chief Ralph Gilles, who is also head of the Dodge brand, said Thursday that he knows the Viper is a halo vehicle for Dodge, noting that kids around the world drive digital Vipers in video games.....More
